Hi, I'm Keith Farrow,  DSA ADI, (Car) . I live in Chippenham with my wife and teenage daughter.............oh, and not forgeting our dog of course!

I am a fully qualified Driving Instructor providing high quality driving lessons in Chippenham and the surrounding areas, including Calne, Corsham and Melksham. I am also a member of the Driving Instructors Association.

I am a fully independant driving instructor. When I entered this industry I was suprised at how many instructors took a haphazard approach to teaching. I believe that by using a structured technique and training materials enabling you to study a subject BEFORE your lessons you will learn more quickly and efficiently.  With the methods I use you will have a clear record of what your progress is and always know exactly how far towards you driving test you are.

I offer a personal service that is hard to beat, driving lessons designed to suit you and training using practices, which can reduce considerably the number of driving lessons you will need to pass your test and become a truly safe driver.

There are some things that I promise you:

  • I will turn up on time, there is rarely an excuse for your instructor to be late. If I do get held up in traffic for any reason, I will always phone to let you know.
  • I will never cut your lessons short, you will get what you have paid for.
  • I will never have my phone on during lessons, you are paying for my time, you will have my undivided attention.
  • I will never get you to collect my next customer before you finish your lesson (piggybacking), this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Recognise any of the above practices with another instructor.............sack them, you deserve better!...............if I break any of the above promises...sack me !!
